Age Of Ultron Trailer Actually Stokes Me Up Even More For Avengers 2!   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

IMG_0403-0.JPG

If you spend any length of time with me it’s pretty obvious I love my comics and grew reading a lot, but in particular I really love the rich mythos that Marvel has created over the decades. Right now I’m also really loving the cinematic world Marvel is creating. Even if they don’t follow the comics to the letter, I’m still amazed how great the films are turning out.  This first trailer for Age Of Ultron looks pretty amazing and must have all comic fan boys collectively pooping in their shorts.  Check out the first teaser for the much-anticipated Avengers sequel below.

Wow and wow. Fucking Hulk Buster is looking so rad. After seeing this I’m going to have one hell of a wait till May 1st.

Iron Man 3 Trailer Looks To Kick Marvel Studios Phase 2 Off With A Bang….   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

With Iron Man 3 being the first post Avengers film for Marvel Studios, it will have to be a hell of a lot better than Iron Man 2 ended up. Bringing writer/director Shane Black on board was a good move on Marvels part, hopefully he’s given “Phase 2” a great kick start. Going from this first trailer I think we might have another great Marvel film to look forward to May 3 2013. Hope the peops over at Marvel Studios can keep the momentum going with their other characters leading into Guardians Of The Galaxy and Avengers 2…

Tarantino’s Spaghetti Western Is Looking Pretty Sick, Django Unchained Trailers Have Hit The Net   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

On December 25th 2012 we are going to be treated to another sure to be loved by some and hated by others Quentin Tarantino’s film Django Unchained. I am one that for sure falls into the positive attitude category towards Tarantino and his films.

I see totally where he’s coming from with all his films, and understand his approach as a ubber film and pop culture nerd myself, I look forward to seeing all his efforts and stories he’s willing to share with us. The western genre is where his latest takes us and it’s looking pretty sick, trailers below for you to decided for yourself what you’ll be seeing on Christmas day this year.

Excited To See Director Paul Tomas Anderson Back With A Trailer For His Latest, “The Master”   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

I love me some Paul Thomas Anderson films from Hard Eight, Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Punch Drunk Love to There Will be Blood. All have a grasp of the film medium that far surpasses someone of only 41 years of age, and they only get better with repeat viewings. Every time PT Anderson makes a picture I’m there to take in the pure and utter genius and PT Anderson-ness of the whole situation, and on October 12 th I’ll be in the theaters once again for the sure to be great “The Master”. First look at the teaser type trailer below, enjoy.

For a better idea of what story is in store, here’s the IMDB synopsis : A 1950s-set drama centered on the relationship between a charismatic intellectual known as “the Master” whose faith-based organization begins to catch on in America, and a young drifter who becomes his right-hand man.

From the reports I’ve heard and read it seems like this is really about L Ron Hubbard And Scientology loosely, so it will be very interesting how it is received in Hollywood. Super excited to see a new PT Anderson flick in the fall, always a treat I’m up for.

New Dark Knight Trailer Gives Us Only Glimpses Of What Is To Come, And Gives Me Slight Shivers To The Idea Of The Conclusion Of Noland’s Run   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

All I can really say is I’m loving what I’m seeing from Dark Knight Rises so far. I’m thinking is going to be very epic finally to the Noland trilogy but I can’t see how interested kids will be in this compared to other fair in the theaters this summer. As far as I’m concerned though, I’ll be in the IMAX theater come July a few times to see the final time we’ll see Christian Bale dawning the cowl. You’d better enjoy it as well because it looks like Warner’s is looking to get Ryan Reynolds to replace Bale in the reboot coming soon I’m sure. So here’s the 3rd and latest trailer below:

Not seeing too much is probably a good thing. Always want to be some what surprised if that’s possible any more. It might be the first time in a long while if ever that a third movie actually works well or at all. My fingers are crossed for Batsy this time around.

Hey Everybody,

It’s an exciting time to be a sci-fi fan. This film looks amazing and after the last job I had I’m so pumped from the stories from the DP and FX team had about the production. Stuff I can’t really talk about, but this now by far is the most anticipated film of this year for me. Enjoy the second trailer below.

it’s going to be epic, one to see in IMAX if possible. Ridley Scott going back to Sci-fi, what a great year it’s going to be.

New Amazing Spider-Man Trailer Is More Passable Than Amazing….   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

I am looking forward to seeing this new Spider-man coming out this summer. Mostly because the cast is great and the first trailer I saw in 3D, and was blown away by the POV stuff that was in it. I think the tone and look of the film is good. I do think the design of the Lizard is sort of suspect for all us spidey geeks that have followed him threw the years in the comics. I will defiantly be seeing this on opening day, if possible in IMAX. Even though I was a fan of the first two Raimi films, I thought were good but there was still room for improvement in places, more so in the first one than the second. I am ready to see what this new alliteration has to offer. New trailer below, decided for yourself…
