In The Hobbit Video Blog # 4, Jackson Is All About The 3D. This Shit is Going To Rock.   Leave a comment

Hey Everybody,

I’m really loving what I’m seeing in these video blogs from the set of Peter Jackson’s two “The Hobbit” films. A great look into the production of a ludicrous sized set of films.

In this 4th blog director Jackson brings some great technical info on the 3D process. The reasoning to shoot the film at 48 frames per second as the new standard in films, as apposed to the traditional 24 FPS is the biggest bit of info that will most likely change the way many projects are shot from now on. A lot of very cool stuff for us film/tech geeks out there in this 10:45 video. Enjoy

Till Next Time. Stay Tuned.
